We look forward to welcoming you, but if your plans change, our easy cancellation process ensures fast confirmation and fast refunds. No cancellation fee will be charged for reservations canceled within 10 days of arrival date. No cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is canceled before 12:00 PM (local hotel time) 10 days prior to arrival. However, cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival after 12:00pm hotel local time (known as late cancellations) or no-shows on the day of arrival will result in a refund of the entire stay or the equivalent of the deposit paid (either) You will be charged big.
For cancellations made within 10 days of arrival, refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your bank account details. (does not apply to blocking periods) Any credit card transaction or processing fees will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be made in local currency only.
