For direct bookings under this policy, cancellation is free when your request is received at least one day (24 hours) before the scheduled 2:00 PM check-in. The deadline is 2:00 PM IST on the day before arrival.
To cancel, contact us using the details below and include your booking reference, guest name and stay dates. Sending a website enquiry does not create a confirmed reservation.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days after cancellation is confirmed and any payment details needed to process the refund have been received.
If your cancellation request is received after the deadline, or you do not arrive for your stay, the deposit paid will be forfeited.
For bookings made through Hotel Spider or another booking platform, refer to the cancellation and payment conditions shown for your selected rate and in your booking confirmation. Contact the platform or our team for help with that booking.
